Description
As part of the case study seminar in cooperation with Deloitte Düsseldorf, a case study from the area of IFRS consulting is to be worked out independently in group work. The students take on the role of an employee of the Accounting & Reporting Advisory Department and develop a concept for the implementation of a recently published standard (such as IFRS 15 "Revenue from Contracts with Customers" or IFRS 16 "Leases") in the company. This concept, including the theoretical basis, is to be elaborated in writing. Subsequently, the results of the case study are to be presented during the seminar presentations.
